Two Types of Modules
- Hardcoded Modules: Pre-defined modules like 4.1G, 7.2F, 8.1G (specific to certain year/term combinations)
- Custom Modules: Teacher-created modules with any name you choose
1. Browse the Content Library - Click on years to expand terms, then terms to see modules
2. Select a Module - Click on any module (or "All Modules") to view its content
3. View Counts - Each folder shows vocabulary (v) and sentence (s) counts
π‘ Tip: Select "All Modules" to view and manage all content within a term at once
Step 1: Navigate to the desired Year and Term in the Content Library
Step 2: Click "New Module" at the bottom of the module list
Step 3: Enter a module name (e.g., "Travel Vocabulary", "Unit 5")
Step 4: Click "Add" to create the module
π‘ Note: Custom modules appear with an orange color and can be deleted if empty
Method 1: Single Item
- Select a year, term, and module from the Content Library
- Switch to the "Vocabulary" tab
- Click "+ Add New Word"
- Enter the French word and English translation
- Click "Add Vocabulary" to save
Method 2: Bulk Import
- Click "Bulk Import Vocabulary"
- Format: One pair per line as "French word = English translation"
- Example:
bonjour = hello - Paste multiple lines and click "Import"
Step 1: Switch to the "Sentences" tab
Step 2: Click "+ Add New Sentence"
Step 3: Enter the sentence with {gap} as placeholder
Example: Je {gap} franΓ§ais
Step 4: Enter the correct word for the gap (e.g., "parle")
Step 5: Add 3 wrong options (e.g., "mange", "joue", "regarde")
Step 6: Click "Add Sentence" to save
π‘ Tip: Wrong options should be similar in form to make it challenging but fair
Edit Vocabulary/Sentences:
- Click the icon next to any item
- Modify the content in the form
- Click "Update" to save changes
Delete Items:
- Click the icon next to any item
- Confirm the deletion
Delete Modules:
- β’ Empty custom modules show a icon - click to delete
- β’ Modules with content require confirmation to delete all content
- β’ Hardcoded modules cannot be deleted
Step 1: Select the vocabulary or sentence you want to move
Step 2: Click the "Move" button
Step 3: Choose the destination year and term
Step 4: Select the target module or create a new one
Step 5: Confirm the move

Students can export content in multiple formats from the Student Hub:
- Download PDF: Creates a formatted vocabulary list with sentences
- Export for Blooket: Generates a tab-separated file for importing into Blooket games
- βOrganize content by curriculum units using custom modules
- βUse bulk import for large vocabulary lists to save time
- βCreate practice sentences that match the vocabulary being taught
- βProvide varied wrong options in sentences to challenge students appropriately
- βRegularly review and update content based on student performance
- βUse "All Modules" view to get an overview of all content in a term
